RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be approved within thirty (30) of the purchase date; items must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
Any product(s) configured or made to order by Hi-Watt Inc. cannot be returned. There are no exceptions.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee, which includes a 25% fee of purchase price ($10 minimum). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
RETURN PROCESS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us and workmanship issues will be evaluated.
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@hiwattinc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and follow the instructions given in the RMA.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your credit or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
