Every technician at Hi-Watt is factory trained to install temperature, humidity, and timer instrumentation from major brands such as Watlow, Gefran, Eurotherm, and Vaisala. You can trust our team for integration guidance and support and reliable installations.

ISO 17025-Compliant Calibrations

The instrumentation we supply is reliable, but calibration drift will happen over time. If you’ve noticed drift, Hi-Watt can fix it. We provide ISO 17025-compliant calibration services covering process controllers, handheld controls, high limit controls, data recorders, and thermocouples.

Troubleshooting & Repair Services

Keeping your plant running is our priority. Our technicians have experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial heaters, power controllers, process controllers, thermocouples, RTDs, and more. We offer our repair services on-site, or you can ship your damaged item to us, and we’ll fix it in-house. All repaired components are carefully tested to ensure they meet OEM performance specifications.
