1. Contact a Representative

Hi-Watt offers same-day support. Contact us online or call (855) 467-5628 to schedule a consultation. All control panels are tailored to application requirements; our representatives will discuss your specific needs, including needed temperature range, required accuracy and uniformity, environmental restrictions, zone control, sensor configuration, recipe storage, and more.

2. Building & Configuring

Our in-house engineers build a controls package designed to work with your equipment, focusing on sensor placement, system behavior, hardware selection, recipe and profile programming, alarm configuration, communications mapping, and loop tuning. Our team can even provide installation and field commissioning assistance, if needed. All components for controls packages are sourced from trusted brands, including Watlow/Eurotherm, Gefran, and Tempco.

3. Testing

We perform in-house testing before sending your controls package to you to verify functionality and fix logic errors if needed. Factory acceptance testing is available upon request.

4. Shipment

Once we’re certain your controls package meets your application requirements, we’ll ship it to you. All controls are shipped for out-of-the-box operation.
