Description

Watlow’s F4T1A5FAA1A1AAA process controller is designed for use in environmental chambers, ovens, and furnaces. This specific configuration is single-loop, features 40 profiles, battery backup, a real-time clock, and a set of 2 function blocks, and is compatible with Modbus® TCP. Like all Watlow F4T controllers, this configuration is easy to use with its intuitive touchscreen and requires minimal training to set up.

  • Intuitive Controls: Watlow’s F4T controllers are designed for easy integration into standard applications. Its 4.3” color touchscreen is simple and intuitive for operators, and allows user-defined names for channels, profiles, alarms, inputs, and outputs.
  • 40 Ramp & Soak Profiles: This configuration offers more flexible recipe management with its ability to store up to 40 ramp and soak profiles, eliminating the need to reprogram the controller any time you have to switch between them.
  • Optional Data Logging: The F4T1A5FAA1A1AAA configuration does not include data logging as a feature, but all Watlow F4T controllers can be configured to include this feature if needed.
  • TRU-TUNE® Adaptive Control: This controller integrates Watlow’s proprietary TRU-TUNE® adaptive control technology that ensures higher accuracy when monitoring temperature, cascade, altitude, humidity, and compressor.
  • Easy-to-Use Software: Watlow’s F4T process controllers, including this configuration, feature INTUITION® software. Like the name suggests, this proprietary software enables operators to create profiles, set up alarms, and other personalize inputs and outputs with minimal training.
