Watlow’s FIREROD J1J96-E12 is a powerful, 240V configuration designed for larger industrial spaces. It’s compact, easy to install, fast to heat up, and ideal for applications needing a high total wattage in a single element.

  • Built to Last: The J1J96-E12 can be constructed from Alloy 800 or stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance.
  • MgO Insulation: This cartridge heater is designed with tightly compacted MgO insulation for a faster startup.
  • Bonded Conductor Pins: The electrical connection between the resistance coil and the terminal pin is the first point of failure in a cartridge heater. Not with the FIREROD with its metallurgically bonded pins.
  • Optional Features: Improve accuracy with an integrated thermocouple, improve durability and flexibility with post terminals, or design it with mounting flanges for ease of installation.
