Engineered for use in environmental chambers and heat sterilization applications, Vaisala’s HUMICAP® HMM100 probe offers unparalleled accuracy, high temperature tolerance, and virtually no maintenance requirements. The HMM100 module provides a single analog output channel for measuring relative humidity and/or dew point, features two trimmers that allow for easy adjustment of measurement offset and gain, and can be freely placed anywhere in a test chamber.

  • Easy Installation: HMM100 feature two trimmers that are mounted on the component board. The module can be placed anywhere in a test chamber—the speed of airflow will not affect measurement accuracy.
  • Low Maintenance Needs: This module is a suitable replacement for psychrometers and will help you greatly reduce maintenance needs. The HMM100 doesn’t have a wick that needs replaced, there’s no need for a water tank or pump, environmental testing can be done more reliably, and easy field calibration is possible via the module’s trimmers.
  • Durable Design: The HMM100 is available in either a stainless steel or plastics construction, both of which provide exceptional high temperature tolerance, making the modules possible for use in heat sterilization applications, test chambers, and incubators.
  • Highly Accurate: Both the plastic and stainless steel models feature Vaisala’s proprietary 180R sensor to ensure excellent measurement accuracy. HMM100 can provide reliable measurements even in freezing conditions down to -94°F (-70°C) and up to 356°F (180°C).
  • Value-Added Accessories: Hi-Watt can provide optional accessories as needed, including a mounting bracket with a lid, a clamp, a USB cable, module housing, and a mounting flange.
