Watlow’s F4T1A1CAA1A2AAA is a pre-configured dual-loop process controller designed for easy programming and out-of-the-box installation. This controller also features a modular design to simplify future retrofits, ensuring scalability for your company. While the F4T1A1CAA1A2AAA doesn’t include data logging, it can be reconfigured at any point to include this optional feature.

  • Easy Programming: The F4T1A1CAA1A2AAA has a 4.3” color touchscreen display that’s easy to use and can be programmed in various languages, including English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese.
  • Dual-Loop Control: This configuration has two channels of control with TRU-TUNE® adaptive control, enabling auto-tuning for faster setup and reduced risk of overshoot.
  • Backward Compatible With Discontinued F4S, F4D, & F4P: All Watlow F4T series controllers are backwards-compatible with Watlow’s discontinued F4S, F4D, and F4P process controllers.
  • Modular Design: Hi-Watt can configure this controller with front-panel or flush mounting options and right angle or front-screw terminal blocks.
  • Integrated Protection: This controller features integrated programmable alarms and timers, over/under-temperature limits, and backup SENSOR GUARD protection in the event of an unexpected or accidental shutdown.
