By investing in this medium-voltage system, you’re eliminating the need for labor-intensive cabling and expensive step-down transformers, resulting in lower installation costs.

  • Safe to Use: POWERSAFE™ can operate safely up to 4160V.
  • No Need for Multiple Units: You don’t need to purchase a separate display, heater, or process controller—everything is integrated into one unit.
  • SCR/Contactor Circuits: This system uses a combination of SCR and contactor circuits, which not only reduces the size and weight of its integrated power controller but also allows it to deliver high-efficiency power (up to 20MW).
  • Added Protections: POWERSAFE™ features a rapid shut-down option through its high-speed protective relay and breaker. The input, power, and controller output terminals are also touch-safe removable.
  • Safety Interlocks: This system’s controller and heater include mechanical and electrical interlocks to ensure worker safety during operation.
