Additionally, it has an amperage and footprint similar to Mercury Displacement Relays (MDRs), making it a functional, environmentally-friendly MDR replacement option. Model A also includes single-phase zero-cross switching up to 25 amperes at 600VAC and a 200KA SCCR rating up to 480VAC with proper fusing to prevent arc flashing.

DIN-A-MITE Model B

The DIN-A-MITE B is a compact, low-cost solid-state controller that is slightly larger than its Model A counterpart but has most of the same benefits and features. It offers the flexibility of single-phase and three-phase zero-cross switching (up to 40 and 22 amperes at 600VAC) and has an optional alarm that notifies you of a shorted SCR. It also has a 200KA SCCR rating up to 480VAC.

The DIN-A-MITE C has benefits similar to Models A and B. Model C is compact and rugged, features touch-safe terminals, and has an optional open heater/shorted output alarm. This model is also available in variable time-base, linear voltage and current process control, or VAC/VDC input contactor versions. It has zero-cross or phase angle switching capabilities up to 80 amps, depending on the model ordered, and has a 200KA SCCR rating up to 480VAC to minimize the risk of short-circuit damage.
